Health Insurance I will be happy to provide you with a statement of services to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Payment Venmo, cash and check are accepted at the time of service or in advance.
Cancellation Policy Notification must be given 48 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
